Cancellation Policy – Sweet Monk

At Sweet Monk, we strive to process your orders quickly and efficiently. To ensure fairness and transparency, please review our cancellation guidelines below:

Order Cancellations

• Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

• After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Modifications

• You may request changes (address, product selection, quantity) within the same 12-hour window or before shipping.

• After shipping, modifications are not possible.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellations will not incur charges, but repeated cancellations may affect future COD eligibility.

Refusal at Delivery

• If you refuse delivery of a shipped order, it will be treated as a cancellation after shipping and may affect your eligibility for COD in the future.

Sweet Monk’s Rights

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect information provided.

• In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and refunded in full
